La Dirección de Electricidad de la Municipalidad de la Capital continúa con el plan de mantenimiento del alumbrado público en diferentes barrios y espacios públicos de la ciudad.
En esta oportunidad, los empleados intervinieron en el barrio General Paz con tareas de reparación y reposición de luminarias que se averiaron o sufrieron actos de vandalismo.
Similares trabajos se concretaron en los barrios Santa Lucía, Villa del Carmen, Saint Germés, Campo Contreras, Siglo XXI, San Martín, Almirante Brown, Ejército Argentino y 8 de abril, entre otros.
Al respecto, el titular de la repartición, Marcelo Aguilar, detalló que «diariamente, se cambian entre 50 y 60 puntos de luz en todos los sectores, buscando normalizar el funcionamiento del sistema eléctrico y optimizar la visibilidad nocturna en la vía pública».
